Yanka products are cruelty-free. We test our products on ourselves and our friends, but definitely not on animals. All human testing is done with their consent of course. We are committed to ensuring that no harm comes to animals in the process of creating our products.

While our products are not specifically formulated for sensitive skin, they are made with natural, high-quality ingredients that are gentle for most skin types. However, as with any skincare product, there is always a possibility of an unexpected reaction. We recommend patch-testing a small amount of product before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin, to ensure compatibility. Additionally, each product label includes information about allergens that may occur in essential oils, so you can make an informed decision based on your personal sensitivities.

To ensure the best quality and longevity of our products, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Our Face and Body Oils, being anhydrous (water-free), melt upon contact with the skin and should be kept in a cool area. In hot climates, it’s a good idea to store them in the fridge to maintain their consistency. If the oil softens or melts, simply refrigerate it for about 20 minutes to restore firmness-this will not affect the product's quality. For other skincare products, please refer to the specific storage instructions provided on the label. Additionally, all of our skincare products have a Best Before Expiry (BBE) date clearly marked on the label to ensure freshness.

Yes, you can cancel your order, but it must be done before your order has been dispatched. As our processing time is quick (usually within 1 day), please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. In some cases, it may not be possible to cancel the order if it's already been processed or shipped. If this happens, you can return the item to us, but please note that we do not refund postage costs for returns in this situation. Please note that orders cannot be modified through the website. However, if your order hasn’t been sent or prepared yet, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist you with making changes.
